I wanted to put in a good word for Calico Painting for fitting us in quickly at the holidays (I am writing this very late, I apologize.) They provided both a professional and an accommodating service. Not only did they do a beautiful job painting but a terrific job in the repair and sanding of drywall, that honestly I didn't think was salvageable (an entire laundry room someone had used textured paint on!)

Had Calico Painting come in and paint our garage. They took great care in making sure all items were covered in the garage. They even laid a cover on the dining room floor so they would not track paint onto our dining room floor. When they finished, the job the garage looked great and they cleaned up after themselves.

Having spent a very long winter with contractors residing, roofing, building decks and steps, and concrete drive it would be fair to say we had a new and bad perspective of all contractors in general. So we approached interior painting of six rooms with let's have the first room as a test for our selected Painter. House built in 1906 with plaster walls and when our painter arrived with more mud than paint the surprises began. Mark did not paint over imperfections of any kind, he used flashlights and a good eye to remove even small blemishes so that any paint would look great. Not what one would expect of a painter and award winning contractor.

I am very satisfied with the painting of my sunroom. Even though the walls were rough, dark wood filled with knots and imperfections Mark took the time to fill and sand to make the room a fresh, light and calm place to relax.

Had our entire home, garage and window trim repainted. The home was built in the 60's and still has the original siding. Quality workmanship and excellent attention to detail. Have already received a phone call from a long time friend who wanted to say how great the house looked!

Mark and his crew painted the inside of my lower level and did an excellent job. They masked everything off, used tarps to protect my floors, and primed and painted everything as promised. They sprayed and rolled my ceilings and walls and everything turned out great. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were great to work with. I will be calling them back for my upper level when the time comes.
